토렌트를 사용하면 유난히 인터넷브라우져 속도가 현저히 떨어지게되는데 TCP/IP 세션 수의 제한이 걸어져있기 때문입니다.  세션 수를 조정하는 방법은 비스타에서는 좀 까다로운데 Windows Half-open Limit fix라는 프로그램을 쓰시면 Xp에서 Vista 및 윈도우7까지 쉽게 조정할 수 있습니다.

완전히 윈도우에 적용되려면 패치후에 재부팅하면 됩니다.
